With an Antenna Switch Box you can do more than just run multiple antennas on one radio.
1: Run multiple antennas from one radio. Turn the switch and select the antenna you would like to use.
2: Turn the switch box around and run 2 radios from one antenna. You may not transmit on both radios at the same time. You can only transmit on the radio the antenna switch is selcted to operate on.
3: With a switch box you can switch back and forth between a dummy load and your antenna. Tuning the radio on a dummy load works great and does not disturb others on that cb channel. A dummy load can also be used as a clever tool to talk to your neighbor on the cb without others hearing your conversation.
4: Also keep in mind that many MFJ ANTENNA TUNERS have built in switch for multiple antennas.
