Livecbradio.com Privacy Policy - Terms of Service

Livecbradio.com is not responsible for what you may hear over the streaming audio feeds. Cb, Ham and Worldwide Shortwave Radio are Public. Meaning, you could hear someone say something you don't like or agree with in public walking down the street. How you choose to tune people out in public is your choice. We make it easy for you as there is a STOP button to the media players. The livecbradio talk program is also a "Public Area" and should be given the same considerations. BUT, that does not mean we are not in for some quality control. Livecbradio.com has always strived to be innovative enough to give you the listener what you want to hear. People should not have to turn something off. Our goal is to keep our listeners. Livecbradio.com is under constant upgrade and evolution to serve the listeners and visitors to this web site. It gives me great joy to put these radios online knowing people may listen. You the listeners run the show here. Every suggestion made through email and elsewhere has been deeply considered and often implemented.

Intellectual Property
We ask kindly that you do not add livecbradio.com live media or direct media player links to your web page(s). (stealing code - hot linking - deep linking - Frames) We ask that you do not redistribute livecbradio live streaming audio in any manner. This is theft of intellectual property. This is bandwidth theft. This is a crime. Those that persist to steal livecbradio.com content will trigger due process. ALL Live Streaming Media on the livecbradio.com domain is solely the property of Livecbradio.com and shall not be redistributed elsewhere for any reason without permission. All radios involved are connected directly to the Livecbradio.com server.

Media Link Scrapers: (back door) Notice. Livecbradio.com frowns on those try to listen to Livecbradio.com Live Media without listening directly from the media players on the Livecbradio.com web pages. Those trying to do this run the risk of being banned from the web site. Our goal is to try to make our web pages nice enough so you will want to stay on our web site while you listen. Trying to listen away from livecbradio.com is non-productive as you will likely miss significant upgrades to our services.

Police Scanner Notice:
Our local Police are fully aware of the Livecbradio.com Police Scanner and have no problem with it. They told me this personally. As a listener to any Police Scanner you should know that using any information you hear from the scanner for personal gain or to avoid the Police in any way is a serious crime. Although the scanner is live, there is naturally a delay in the streaming that would prevent any true real time misuse of the police scanner audio. Any information you hear on the scanner is not to be repeated to others in real time. If you do record police scanner audio to put as recordings or videos on the internet, you should wait a considerable amount of time before releasing this material, as to not disrupt Police investigations and the legal process in general.

A Friendly Gesture: Livecbradio.com is obviously very protective of Our Listener's streaming content and the name (Live Cb Radio). There can be no other. The goal is not to be selfish. To show this I have set up a "streaming tutorial" in the Cb Radio Resources section of this web site. This article demonstrates how easily you can place your own radios online. This makes the internet a better place for everyone because it's fresh original content. I will answer any and all questions by email to help anyone get set their own radios set up with their own original name for their page(s).

Livecbradio.com has many goals and ideas for the future. More live streaming audio feeds. Add snapshot video cams to some of the equipment so you can see the frequency display or channel readout of radios involved. We are constantly exploring new ideas to educate and entertain the public. Stay tuned!
